The Blue Devils and Sharks will meet for the second time this season. Central fell to LIU back on January 25th at the Detrick Gym where The Blue Devils suffered a 57-50 loss.

Central Connecticut (7-19, 5-8) is back on the road to face The LIU Sharks (7-20, 4-10). The Blue Devils fell to top-seeded Sacred Heart in their last game on Saturday afternoon, 73-55.

- The Sharks are coming off a 70-65 overtime win vs Wagner on Saturday afternoon.

- Williams had a hot hand from the field last week, shooting 64.3 percent from the floor (9-of-14) and 66.6 percent from behind the arc (4-of-6) to average 14.0 points and 2.5 assists in Central Connecticut's 1-1 week. The junior guard tallied 15 points in Thursday's 69-61 win over Wagner before she added 14 more points to her count on 4-of-7 shooting from the field, including a 3-of-4 clip from long range, on Saturday against first-place Sacred Heart.
- Samora Watson leads the Blue Devils with 17.4 points per game and 5.8 rebounds.
- Alonna Sellers dropped 13 points in their win over Wagner, she also scored 12 points in the loss vs Sacred Heart. Sellers has been close to a breakout game, but has not quite reached her full scoring potential.
