
Women's Basketball Set to Play New Hampshire Saturday Afternoon
The Central Connecticut men's basketball team will return to action at New Hampshire on Wednesday afternoon. The game is slated for a 1 p.m. tipoff and will be streamed on ESPN+.

The teams are meeting for the second straight season and 14th time overall. The Blue Devils lead the all-time series, 8-5.
OPENING NOTES
- Central Connecticut returns to action with a game at the University of New Hampshire, following losses to two quality opponents in Fairfield and Illinois.
- Central and the Wildcats are meeting for the 2nd straight season and 14th time overall.
- CCSU will return home on Dec. 6 for a doubleheader with men's basketball against Albany before playing at Seton Hall on Dec. 8th.

- The team's leading scorer, Belle Lanpher (14.0ppg) was held to three points on Wednesday night vs Illinois but remains the team's assist (2.7pg) and steals (2.3pg) leader.
- Meghan Kenefick led the team with 14 points, six rebounds, and two blocks for Central in Wednesday night's game. Kenefick leads the squad in rebounds per game with six a game, she is also tied with Amaya Williams as the team's third-leading scorer (8.8ppg).
- Amaya Williams scored a season-high 12 points vs Illinois on Wednesday and rounded out her scoring average to 8.8 points per game, tied for third on the team with Kenefick.
- Samora Watson did not make the trip to Illinois but remains in the top five in the NEC in scoring averaging 12.8 points per game.
- Emma Bruen scored a season-high nine points vs Illinois on Wednesday and has started in every game for the Blue Devils.
- CCSU is the only team in the conference that has two players among the top 5 in scoring.
