- Le Moyne and Central Connecticut traded baskets in the first quarter. Belle Lanpher tied the game at 11 with 1:07 left in the first. Lanpher beat the buzzer to give her team a 13-11 lead after one.

The Blue Devils suffered a four-minute scoring drought and went down 17-13 to begin the second quarter. Alonna Sellers hit two straight baskets to cut the Dolphin lead to 20-17 with 5:26 left to play.

With 0:56 left in the first half, senior Meghan Kenefick nailed a three-pointer to give Central a 27-25 lead, but the Dolphins were able to tie the game at 27 with two free throws before the break.
- Belle Lanpher connected for the Blue Devils' first second-half basket with 8:07 left in the third quarter.
- Dolphin leading scorer Lytoya Baker hit a jumper with 3:39 left in the third that gave Le Moyne a 36-31 lead in the third quarter. Sydney Lusher hit a pull-up with 0:56 left in the quarter that gave Le Moyne a seven-point lead going into the final stanza.
- Central Connecticut started the fourth quarter with a 7-3 run led by Samora Watson who banged a triple with 6:27 left to cut the Dolphin lead to 43-40.

- Samora Watson led the Blue Devils with 13 points six rebounds, and four assists on the night.
- Alonna Sellers continued her success in conference play with her third straight double-digit affair. The sophomore tallied 12 points, adding two blocks and four rebounds off the bench.
- The Blue Devils shot 48% from the floor in the first half compared to The Dolphins who shot 24%, but Le Moyne led for 14:21 during the first half.
