- Elliot Good led off the third inning for CCSU by drawing a walk. Two batters later, Dan Hussey took a 2-0 pitch over the wall in right to make it 2-0.
- Wagner got a run back in the fourth. The Seahawks loaded the bases with no outs and a single by DiMaggio Cazares would drive in a run. The Blue Devils would benefit by doubling off a pair of runners on the play and escape further damage.

- Torniero went 3-for-4 with a run scored. He has hit safely in seven straight games with a plate appearance.
