Women's Basketball to Host FDU on Saturday Afternoon
Central Connecticut will host Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday afternoon at Detrick Gymnasium. Tipoff is set for 1:00pm.
Central Connecticut will host Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday afternoon at Detrick Gymnasium. Tipoff is set for 1:00pm. This will be the second time this season that the Blue Devils and the Knights will go head-to-head. They fell to FDU earlier this year, 59-53, on January 14th, 2023. CCSU will be looking to improve their all time record against FDU to 27-24.

The Blue Devils had two players score 20+ points in their win over SHU for the first time since January 31st, 2015 (TeJahne Malone (22) and Kayla Miller (20)). Belle Lanpher scored 28 and Forever Toppin finished with 25.

Toppin also tallied a career-high of seven steals. Central tallied 13 steals total, the fifth game in the last eight with 10 or more.

This was the first time Central defeated the Pioneers since February 3rd, 2018, ending a nine-game losing streak against SHU.

Belle Lanpher led the Blue Devils against SFBK on 2/2 with a career-high of 30 points.

Rohkohl is third in the NEC with 7.1 rebounds per game and third in blocks at 1.1 per game.
