Women's Basketball to Host SFBK on Thursday Night

Central Connecticut will host Saint Francis Brooklyn on Thursday night at Detrick Gymnasium. Tipoff is set for 7:00pm. This game marks the 49th Division I meeting between the two teams. CCSU faced off against SFBK earlier this month in Brooklyn, NY, and fell to the Terriers 65-59.

The Blue Devils had three players score in double digits against SFU on 1/28, led by 16 points from Dejah Jenkins. Jenkins shot 7-15 from the field to score her 16 points, and also had a team-best five rebounds.
Belle Lanpher finished with 15 points, including a 4-4 effort at the line
Toppin scored seven points, to go along with a career-high equaling five steals and five assists
Kenefick tallied 14 points, on 5-10 shooting, and 3-6 from behind the arc
CCSU was 9-10 at the free throw line and recorded 12 steals, the fourth game in the last five with 10 or more
The Blue Devils scored 20 points in the fourth quarter against SFU and now have 20 or more points in nine quarters this season.
Lara Rohkohl achieved her second double-double of the season against LIU with 17 points and 10 rebounds (seven offensive).
Rohkohl is third in the NEC with 7.0 rebounds per game and the Blue Devils are 1st in the conference in offensive rebounds at 12.0 per game.
Jenkins led the Blue Devils in scoring against SFU with 19 points. She is currently ranked 9th in scoring in the NEC at 10.8 points per game and was named a Prime Performer for the week of 1/9.
Two Blue Devils are in the top-10 in the league in rebounding, with Lara Rohkohl at 3rd (7.0 per game) and Meghan Kenefick at 4th (6.7 per game).
Lanpher is ranked 10th in the NEC in assists per game (2.3).
Toppin is ranked third in steals at 2.2 per game.
Forever Toppin has played in 108 total games in her career at CCSU with 68 starts.
Belle Lanpher is 30-37 at the free throw line this season. She surpassed the 100th of her career, making her eligible for the career FT percentage list. She is 125-155 for her career, 80.6 percent, which ranks her third in program history
