2023 is in full swing for CCSU athletics. While the basketball teams have already returned to action, this weekend marks the return of the indoor track and field teams to action.

Friday, January 6 - at St. Francis Brooklyn; 7:00pm
- Central Connecticut will head to Brooklyn, NY on Friday night for their second conference game of the season against St. Francis Brooklyn. Tipoff is set for 7:00pm at the ARC.
- This game marks the 48th Division I meeting between the two teams.
- CCSU will be looking to end a two game losing streak and snag their first victory against the Terriers since the 2020-21 season.
Sunday, January 8 - vs. St. Francis University; 1:00 pm
- The Blue Devils will return home on Sunday to host Saint Francis University at 1:00pm.
- CCSU will be looking to improve their record to 13-35 against the Red Flash.
- Central's last win over SFU was in the 2021-22 season when they defeated the Red Flash 69-59 at home on January 21st.

Thursday, January 5 - vs. LIU; 7:00 pm
Saturday, January 7 - at Stonehill; 2:00 pm
- CCSU hosts LIU on Thursday with a chance to open NEC play with a 2-1 record for the second straight season.
- Kellen Amos was named NEC Player of the Week on Monday for the second time this season. He had a career-high 36 points in the win over St. Francis Brooklyn and is averaging 28.0 ppg in league play.
- The Blue Devils are averaging a league-high 5.5 blocked shots per game in NEC play and had a season-high 8 against St. Francis Brooklyn.

- CCSU Track & Field will head to Staten Island for the Wagner Invite on Friday to kick off the indoor season.
