Baseball Stifles Wagner, 7-0, on Sunday
Central Connecticut downed Wagner, 7-0, in the final game of the Northeast Conference baseball series on Sunday in New Britain. The combination of a complete-game, three-hit shutout from Drew Munn and a three-run homerun from Aidan Redahan was enough to lift the Blue Devils to a win to close the weekend.

The only other baserunners were on a walk in the second and a hit batter in the fourth.
- Central would tack on runs in the fourth and sixth innings. In the fourth, Joe Rios plated Jeff Nicol on a ground out to make it 4-0. In the sixth inning, Nicol would triple and drive in Redahan. A sac fly by Bo Yaworski would bring Nicol home to make it 6-0.
- Josh Taylor drew a bases loaded walk to bring home a run to close out the game's scoring.
- In the ninth, Munn allowed a single to right field for the only hit to leave the infield and surrendered a walk to put runners on first and second with two outs. Munn would end the game with a called strike three.
