Women's DMR Posts 25th Best Time In Nation

Mya Morabito, Kaylee Gravel, Rachel Bartolucci and Maegan Desmarais ran 12:31.68 on Saturday

The Central Connecticut State indoor track and field team competed at the Dr. Sander Scorcher, hosted at the NYC Armory on Friday. The women will return to action on January 31^st at the BU Terrier Invitational, hosted by Boston University.

The Blue Devils DMR posted the 25^th fastest time in Division I this season, with a run of 12:31.68 by Mya Morabito, Kaylee Gravel, Rachel Bartolucci and Maegan Desmarais
Morabito was 15^th in a field of 45 in the 800m, finishing 15th with a run of 2:20.42
Juliana Cancellieri took 14^th in the 3000m invitational event, running 9:52.12 to finish 11^th amongst collegiate runners
Alissa Hurd finished 20^th in the open 60m hurdles, with a run of 9.39
Kayla Logan crossed in 14^th place in the open 400, with a run of 1:00.35
Hurd also competed in the high jump, clearing 1.60m and placed 10th
