Yale Invitational Results
Hubbell, the Northeast Conference Cross Country Outstanding Performer of the Year, opened his indoor season in successful fashion. The CCSU senior claimed bronze in the mile run at the Yale Collegiate Invitational when he crossed the line in 4:10.32, more than 4.0 full seconds better than the qualifying standard for the IC4A Championships. Hubbell was the first representative from the NEC in the event and his time currently ranks him 14th overall on the NCAA Division I leader board. The time is also less than 2.0 seconds off the NEC Indoor Championship meet record.
The Blue Devils will be back in action on Friday, Jan. 16 at the NYC Gotham Cup at the Armory in New York, NY.
