2013 Cross Country: Named NEC Athlete of the Week on Sept. 4...Awarded All-NEC honors for his 10th place overall finish at the 2013 NEC Championships, helping the Blue Devils to their fifth-straight NEC title...Won the Father O'Neil Invitational on Aug. 31 with his time of 16:19.63...Finished seventh at the Father Bede Invitational, crossing the line in 27:30...Placed 12th in a field of 119 runners at the CCSU Mini Meet...Helped CCSU win its first New England Championship, finishing 23rd overall in 25:06...Raced a time of 32:58.4 at the NCAA Regional competition.

2013 Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Blue Devils...Appeared at the NEC Outdoor Championships in the 5,000m run, placing 13th with his time of 15:42.65...Finished second in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Holy Cross Invitational on April 20 with his time of 9:55.09...Placed sixth in the 5,000m at Holy Cross with a career-best time of 15:28.92.

2012 Cross Country: Competed in six of eight meets for the Blue Devils...Best finish came at the NEC Championships in which he crossed the finish line 24th of 89 with his time of 26:20.36...Placed 32nd of 115 at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 19...Crossed the finish line in 27:47.11 at the Ted Owen Invitational on Sept. 22 for 41st of 94...Placed 72nd at the IC4A/ECAC Championships on Nov. 17...Finished third for CCSU at NCAA Regionals where he placed 114th overall out of 239 competitors...Crossed the line 128th of 260 at the All-New England Championships on Oct. 7.

2012 Outdoor Track: Placed second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:22.88...Helped the 4x800 meter relay team finished fourth with a time of 7:49.92 at the NEC Outdoor Championships...Ran a 3:58.91 in the 1,500 meter run for fourth place at the Second Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational.

2012 Indoor Track: Earned the Indoor Northeast Conference Distance Medley Relay Champion title for his performance at the NEC Indoor Championships, the team took first in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:08.25...Placed third in the 800 meter run at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic with a time of 1:57.44...Ran a 2:32.35 in the 1,000 meter run for eighth place at the Yale Giegengack Invitational...Finished ninth in the 1,000 meter run at the University of Connecticut Winter Invitational with a time of 2:36.41...Ran the first leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic, team took 12th place with a time of 3:35.78...Placed 15th in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:58.08 at the NEC Indoor Championships.

2011 Cross Country: Participated in five out of eight of the Blue Devils’ meets…Best performance came at the Blue Devil Invitational on Sept. 2 where he placed 20th…Placed 46th out of 143 at the Monmouth Invitational on Sept. 17 with a time of 28.21.10…Came up with 64th place at the Northeast Conference Championships on Oct. 29…Participated in the sub-varsity meet at the 2011 New England Cross Country Championships on Oct. 8 where he placed 83rd with a time of 27:43…Finished the season at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships in 123rd place with a time of 27:33.

2010: Placed 44th at the Ted Owen Invitational…Finished 83rd at the CCSU Invitational…Placed 48th at CCSU Mini Meet.
