Central Runs on Day Two of Penn Relays
Nick Lindblom ran a 54.77 time in the 400m hurdles.
The second day of the Penn Relays featured six Blue Devils from the Central Connecticut men's track & field team. The third and final day of the meet will be held on Saturday, April 28th.
Junior Nick Lindblom, freshman Joey Farrington, junior Dan Hopper, freshman Jamal Fruster, junior Elijah Boles, and junior Aaron Radden each ran on Friday.
Lindblom placed 36th overall in the 400m hurdles with a time of 54.77. The junior finished ahead of Delaware State's Kevaughn Laviea (54.89). Lindblom placed eighth in his heat.
The Central 4x100m relay team placed 56th with a time of 42.78, good for seventh in their heat. The team was made up of Boles, Radden, Fruster, and Hopper.
The Blue Devil 4x400m relay team of Fruster, Farrington, Lindblom, and Hopper placed 48th overall and eighth in their heat (3:23.95).
