Dearborn Paces Blue Devils at UNH
Krisztina Dearborn ran a personal best time in the 1,500m.
The Central Connecticut women's track & field team wrapped up competition at the UNH Wildcat Invitational on Saturday, April 28th. The field was comprised of UNH, Vermont, Dartmouth, UMASS Amherst, UMASS Lowell, New England College, UCONN, and Central.
Sophomore Krisztina Dearborn registered a personal best time of 4:57.75 in the 1,500m which placed her 14th.
Freshman Taylor LePage crossed the line at 2:27.84 in the 800m event. She placed 24th in the field.
In the 400m, sophomore Meghan Burns placed 13th running the event in 1:01.86. Sophomore Shavonne Dash ran the event in 1:02.55, good for 15th place.
Senior Katrina Ainsworth placed 13th in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:14.82.
In the field for the Blue Devils, junior Ahj Meeks tied for eighth place with a jump of 1.49m (4'10.50").
