Baseball Rained Out at Boston College on Wednesday
Central Connecticut and Boston College played four full innings before the rain came in Boston and forced the game to be stopped just after 4 p.m. on Wednesday. The game was tied 1-1 when it was suspended. It is possible the game will be replayed at a later date.

The Blue Devils took a 1-0 lead in the first inning. Junior Jake
Matuszak led off the game with a single, stole second, and then
scored on a single from freshman Dylan
DelaCruz.
The Eagles tied the game at 1-1 in the third inning. Nate LaPointe
homered to lead off the inning and tie the score.
The game was stopped in the top of the fifth inning.
The Blue Devils return to action on Friday, hosting Sacred Heart in
their final home Northeast Conference series of the season. The
two teams will play a single game on Friday at 3 p.m.
