Bogle to Play in NEISL All-Star Game
Senior helped lead the Blue Devils to NEC Regular Season Title
Senior forward Eddy Bogle has been chosen to play in the 2013 NEISL All-Star game to be played this Sunday at Harvard University. The annual event recognizes the top senior players of New England universities and colleges as voted by coaches in the region.
The game will be played at Harvard University Soldier's Field Soccer/Lacrosse Stadium on Sunday, December 1. Bogle will take part in the Division I vs. Division II game to be played at 2 p.m. The Division III game will be played at 12 noon.
During his senior season Bogle finished second on the team in scoring with five goals and two assists, good for 12 points. His three game-winners led the team. One of them came on the road at Monmouth and helped Green earn his 250th career victory with the Blue Devils.
The Blue Devils finished the season 9-9-1 overall and won their second Northeast Conference regular season title in three seasons with a 6-1 mark in league play. Central hosted the conference tournament but lost 2-0 in the semifinals to eventual champion St. Francis Brooklyn.
