2018 Outdoor: Won the bronze for the 110 meter hurdles (14.88) at the lack & Gold Invitational...Silver medalist for the 4x400 (3:26.94) at the 2018 Mark Young Invitational...Set personal bests in the 110 meter hurdles (14.70) and 400 meter hurdles (54.83) at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Won the gold for the 110 meter hurdles (15.05) and bronze for the 400 meter hurdles (57.07) at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Competed in the 4x400, 400 meter hurdles, and won the bronze medal for the 110 meter hurdles (14.86) at the Northeast Conference Championship...Competed in the 110 meter hurdles (14.85) at the IC4A/ECAC D1 Outdoor Track & Field Championships. 

2017 Outdoor: Set two personals records at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships in the 400 and 110 meter hurdles while finishing in fifth and fourth place, respectively...Anchored the NEC's fifth place 4x100m relay team...Took 13th overall in the 110m hurdles at the IC4A Championships...Recorded a third place performance in the 110H at the 2017 Rider Invitational.

2017 Indoor: Finished in eighth place at the NEICAAA Championships in the 60 meter hurdles...Placed seventh at the NEC Championships in the 60H while setting a personal record of 8.31...Took fourth place at the URI Coaches Tribute Meet in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.51.

2016 Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 14.75 at the Northeast Conference Championships...Ran at the IC4A Championships in the 110H...Set personal records in the 110H (14.73) coming in fourth at the UMass Amherst Minuteman Invitational, and in the 400H (56.23) taking third place at the Mark T. Young Invite. 

2016 Indoor: Competed at the NEICAAA and NEC Championships in the 60 meter hurdles...Ran his fastest 60m hurdle time of 8.32 at the preliminaries of the NEICAAA's.

Before Central: Ran track and field for Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School...Was named Indoor MVP during the 2014 Season...Earned 1st Team All-Area for 400 Meter Hurdles...Helped 4x400 Meter Relay team win gold at the Union County Championships...Selected to All-County 1st team for 4x400 Meter Relay...Set school record in the 4x200 Meter Relay
