The Central Connecticut women's lacrosse team hosts Bryant at Arute Field in the third of four straight home Northeast Conference contests this afternoon. The Blue Devils (5-8, 2-2 NEC) and Bulldogs (10-3, 4-0 NEC) are meeting for the third time in the last two seasons. The teams split last season's meetings with both contests decided by a single goal. CCSU won 9-8 in the regular season and Bryant won 11-10 in the NEC Semifinals.
Here are some notes on the Blue Devils heading into the contest:

• The Blue Devils will close out the 2014 home schedule next Friday against Sacred Heart. That game will also serve as Senior Day as the women's lacrosse program honors the Class of 2014. CCSU will finish the regular season at LIU Brooklyn on Sunday, April 25. The Northeast Conference Tournament will begin on May 2 at the site of the regular season champion.
