Men's Basketball Faces St. Francis Brooklyn on TV Thursday
Blue Devils to face Terriers in game televised on MSG and Fox College Sports.
The Central Connecticut men's basketball team plays its third straight road game when it travels to take on St. Francis Brooklyn on Thursday night. The game is set to tip off at 7:00 p.m. and will be televised on MSG and Fox College Sports. Dave Popkin will handle the play-by-play, while Tim Capstraw is the analyst and John Schmeelk will be reporting from the sideline.
Bruce Biel (play-by-play) and Marc Robbins (analyst) will call the action for the Blue Devils on News Radio 1410/ESPN Radio 1300. All of the action can also be seen live, for free, on NECFrontRow.com.

Last Time Out • Central Connecticut trimmed a 19-point second half deficit to just six before falling at Saint Francis U, 91-82, on Saturday. The Blue Devils shot 64.5 percent from the field in the second half to finish at 51.5 percent for the game. Freshman Jahlil Nails matched a career-high with 18 points, while senior Brandon Peel posted his fifth straight double-double with 17 points and 11 boards. Peel surpassed the 800 rebounds mark for his career in the game and is 22nd on the all-time Northeast Conference list. Ronnie Drinnon led SFU with 23 points, 20 rebounds, and five assists as the Red Flash led throughout the contest.
Next Up • The Blue Devils travel to Sacred Heart on Feb. 13 as part of a basketball doubleheader. The CCSU and SHU women will play at 1:00 p.m., followed by the men's game.
