Blue Devils Achieve CSCAA Honor
Central had a cumulative GPA of 3.02 in the fall 2011 semester.
The Central Connecticut swimming & diving team has qualified to be a part of the Fall 2011 Scholar All America Team. The Blue Devils earned this prestigious honor along with over 500 other college and university teams throughout the country. As a team, the Central Connecticut swimming & diving team had a cumulative GPA of 3.02 in the fall 2011 semester.
The Team Scholar All American award is presented to college and university swimming and diving teams, who have achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The award is presented to teams achieving this standard in the fall semester and in the semester of the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships (Winter/Spring).
The College Swimming Coaches Association is the oldest coaches organization in America. In addition to Scholar All American Awards, the CSCAA recognizes All American Swimmers and Divers at the national championships every year.
