Central Finishes 10th at Terrier Invite
Freidmann provides the scoring for CCSU on the third and final day
The Central Connecticut women's swimming team completed the third and final day at the Terrier Classic at Boston University on Sunday. Central finished in 10th place in the team competition, posting 71 points.
Leading the Blue Devils on Saturday during the second day of competition was junior Taylor Friedmann who notched an eighth place finish in the 200 yard freestyle (1:54.94).
In the 800 yard freestyle relay, the Blue Devil team comprised of Friedmann, junior Katie Lang, junior Allison Rasile, and freshman Karen Novak touched the wall in 7:51.32, good for 12th place.
On Sunday Friedmann provided the scoring for the Blue Devils placing third in the 1650 freestyle with a time of 17:16.26. Teammate Christine Smith finished 20th in the same event with a time of 17:53.68.
