2023 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll

2023 Outdoor: Co-Most Outstanding Track Performer (Distance)... First Team All Northeast Conference... NEC Track Athlete of the Week 4/19... Kicked off the outdoor season with a best time in the 10,000m run at the Raleigh Relays meet, finishing in 35:21.87...Ran a collegiate best time of 4:35.58 in the 1,500m at the UMass Flagship Opener to place fourth... Competed in the 5,000m race at the Larry Ellis Invitational, finishing seventh in 16:48.51... Placed second in the 1,500m race at the Holy Cross Invitational with a time of 4:39.10... Won both the 5,000m (18:12.07) and the 10,000m (37.38.64) races at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Finished out the season competing in the 5,000m race at the 2023 Yale Last Chance Meet, coming in at 17:01.32 to place ninth.

2022-23 Indoor: NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll... First Team All-Northeast Conference... Ran a personal best time in the mile at the Ramapo College Opener, crossing the finish line in 4:58.88 to snag second place...Competed at the 2023 Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, running the 3000m race in 9:45.36 (a new personal best)...Finished second in the mile, the 3000m race, and the 5000m race at the 2023 NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships. She was also a part of CCSU’s winning distance medley relay (12:14.54) to help her team to their second straight Northeast Conference title... Ran the 5000m race at the 2023 Indoor IC4A/ECAC Championship, placing third with a new personal best time of 16:47.78.  

2022 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference. Came in third at the Father Bede Invitational, finishing the 3.11m course in 18:55.6. Placed 7th with a time of 18:16.6 at the Ted Owen Invitational 5k. Competed at the New England Championships (5k), finishing 5th in 18:11.5. Ran a collegiate best 3k at the CCSU Mini Meet with a time of 10:02.0. Helped her team to win their 5th straight NEC title by placing 3rd at the NEC Championships (5k) with a time of 18:02.6 (another collegiate best). Finished off the season with a third best time, running the NCAA Regional Championship 6k course in a time of 22:01.0.

2022 Outdoor: All-Northeast Conference Second Team (10,000m)...Placed second in the 10,000 (39:11.90) and third in the 5,000 (17:50.67) at the NEC Championships...Ran a 36:57.68 in the 10,000 at the New England Championships...Clocked a 4:41.67 in the 1500 at the Jay Carisella Invitational...Northeast Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll...Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll

2021-22 Indoor: All-Northeast Conference First Team (DMR)...All-Northeast Conference Second Team (3,000m; 5,000m)...Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll…Ran on the winning DMR (12:06.86) and placed second in the 3,000 (9:56.74) and 5,000 (17:25.64) at the NEC Championships...Ran the Mile in 5:02.45 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational

2021 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference...Placed fifth at the NEC Championships with a time of 18:33.3...Ran the CCSU Mini Meet course in 10:15.0...Placed fifth at the Ted Owen Invitational (18:34.4).

2021 Outdoor: Northeast Conference Most Outstanding Rookie Performer...All-Northeast Conference First Team (10,000 meter)...All-Northeast Conference Second Team (5,000 meter)...Placed 10th in the 5,000 meter run (17:48.56) at the New England Championships...Won the 10K (37:44.09) and placed 2nd in the 5K (17:41.43) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Ran the 1,500 (4:49.44) and 800 (2:28.58) at the CCSU Invitational...Ran collegiate bests in the 800 (2:24.60) and 1,500 (4:47.20) at Vermont...Opened the season with a collegiate best time of 17:41.38 in the 5,000 meter at Bryant...Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2020-21 Cross Country: Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll...All-Northeast Conference...Helped team win third straight NEC Championship...Completed the 5K course in 18:16.6 to set a personal-best.

2020 Indoor: Won the gold in the 4x800 (9:38.37) at the Dartmouth Relays...Ran a best time in the 800 meter (2:29.09) at the Ramapo Season Opener...Ran the 1,000 meter and 4x800 at the NEICAAA Championship...Ran the mile at the NEC Championships.

2019 Cross Country: Ran a personal best in the 3K (10:59.8) at the CCSU Mini Meet...Posted a best 5K time (18:43.4) to be the first freshman finisher at the NEC Championship...Ran the 6K at the NCAA DI Northeast Region Championship...NEC Rookie of the Year...NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
