Swimming and Diving Completes Day Three of Blue Devil Invite
CCSU hosted Wagner and Sacred Heart in the three day meet
The Central Connecticut swimming and diving team completed a three-day meet with Wagner and Sacred Heart on Sunday night. The Seahawks finished first with a score of 1842.5 followed by Sacred Heart with 1148 and then CCSU with 1130.5.

KEY PERFORMANCES
- Sophomore Mariana Espino placed first in the 50 yard breaststroke with a time of 30.54 to lead the Blue Devils.
- Sophomore Katie Czulewicz swam 53.88 in the 100 freestyle to finish in fourth place.
- Central placed three Blue Devils in the A Final of the 200 yard breaststroke as sophomore Alex Lindgren (3rd, 2:25.12), junior Gracie Regan (4th, 2:26.94) and junior Katelyn Mann (5th, 2:28.89) led the way in the race for CCSU.
- Senior Keelin Kendall finished fourth in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 2:11.89.
- Freshman Shannon Welcome finished fourth in the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 2:13.51.
- Senior Reagan Kenney finished fourth in the 3 meter diving event with a score of 169.85.
