Swimming and Diving Hosts Bryant and Wagner on Day One of Two Day Meet
Day two begins on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Jack Suydam Natatorium
The Central Connecticut swimming and diving team hosted the first day of a two day meet with Bryant and Wagner on Friday night. This marks the fourth straight tri-meet between the three programs in the last four seasons.

Day Two of the meet will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday morning
KEY PERFORMANCES | FRIDAY RESULTS | DIVING RESULTS
- Senior Erika Maercklein finished third in the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 1:55.71. She also finished fifth in the 1000 free with a time of 10:48.92.
- Sophomore Kaylin McMahon was fourth in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 1:00.77.
- Central's 400 yard medley relay team of McMahon, Espino, senior Katelyn Mann and sophomore Jeannette King finished third with a time of 4:04.52.
- The Blue Devil 200 yard freestyle relay team of King, sophomore Katie Czulewicz, sophomore Hallie Perrin and sophomore Simona Visinski finished third with a time of 1:39.60.
NOTES
- Central was fourth and fifth in the 100 yard breaststroke as sophomores Alex Lindgren (1:08.26) and Mariana Espino (1:08.41) led the Blue Devils. Lindgren also finished fifth in the 200 yard IM with a time of 2:14.69.
- Freshman Shannon Welcome was fifth in the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 2:14.06.
- Sophomore Destiny Johnson was fifth in the 50 freestyle with a time of 25.39.
