The two teams will tip-off at 4 p.m. in the Sewall Center as both teams begin week 7 of conference play.
Series History
The Colonials hold a slight 18-13 edge over the Blue Devils in the all-time series. However, the Blue Devils won the latest meeting between the two teams earlier this season, 63-46 in New Britain on Jan. 10. With the win, Central is now 3-10 against the Colonials under head coach Beryl Piper, but Piper has yet to beat RMU on the road (0-6).

Trouble in Moon Township
The Blue Devils are 0-6 under Beryl Piper against the Colonials when playing them on the road. In fact, the last time the Blue Devils have defeated RMU in Moon Township dates back to the 2001-02 season when CCSU took down RMU 64-43 under head coach Kim Foley.
The Streak
Central is currently riding an eight-game winning streak. This is the longest winning streak under head coach Beryl Piper. The Streak Cont.
The current eight-game winning streak is also the second longest winning streak in program history. The streak is the longest run since the end of the 1989-90 season when the Blue Devils won 13-straight to end the season. CCSU finished 21-7 overall that season marking the most wins in a season for the program at the Division I level. The Blue Devils went on to win the first two games of the next season to set the longest streak in program history at 15.
The Hunt for 19
