Women's Lacrosse Falls To SFU
Gianakos, Richardson both had hat tricks on Saturday
The Central Connecticut women's lacrosse team fell 23-11 to visiting Northeast Conference foe Saint Francis University Saturday afternoon on Arute Field
Back-to-back goals from Olivia Poggi in the later stages of the first quarter drew the Blue Devils even, 3-3, before the Red Flash scored eight of the next 10 goals on its way to a 17-6 halftime advantage.

- After two Red Flash goals in the first 2:55, Lauren Valluzzi put the Blue Devils on the bord at the 10:41 mark
- Poggi scored consecutive goals at 6:12 and 3:23 to draw the Blue Devils even, 3-3

- SFU tallied the final three goals of the game for the final margin
