Gianakos Tallies Four In Monday Matinee

The Central Connecticut women's lacrosse team fell 19-9 to visiting Stetson University Monday afternoon on Arute Field.

Olivia Gianakos had her third hat trick of the season, netting a game-high four goals, for the Blue Devils.

• Gianakos' goal total was her second four goal effort of the year and she added three ground balls
• Adrianna Richards made three saves in 9:30 of action in goal for the Blue Devils
• Poggi has a goal in each of her last four games played and added two ground balls
• Richardson led the way with five ground balls and a pair of draw controls and caused turnovers
• CCSU caused seven turnovers on Monday
