Third hat trick of the season for Blue Devils senior
The Central Connecticut women's lacrosse team fell 19-9 to visiting Stetson University Monday afternoon on Arute Field.
Olivia Gianakos had her third hat trick of the season, netting a game-high four goals, for the Blue Devils.

- Shaelyn Yermal opened the scoring with an unassisted
- The Hatters scored four unanswered goals, in a 6:05 stretch, through the middle of the first quarter to take a 4-1 advantage

- Gianakos' goal total was her second four goal effort of the year and she added three ground balls
- Adrianna Richards made three saves in 9:30 of action in goal for the Blue Devils
- Poggi has a goal in each of her last four games played and added two ground balls
- Richardson led the way with five ground balls and a pair of draw controls and caused turnovers
- CCSU caused seven turnovers on Monday
