Men's Golf Tied for Third at New England Division I Championships

in Middletown, RI. The course is a par-72 and is 7,244 yards
long.
The Blue Devils shot a day one score 301 and are tied with Fordham
University. Sacred Heart leads with a score of 295, followed by
Rhode Island (300) and then CCSU and Fordham. Boston College
rounds out the top five.
Josephson and Hawerchuk are in a tie for fifth place after a day
one score of 74. Daniel
Morgan is tied for 13th after a 76, followed by Justin
Hughes in a tie for 20th with a 77 and Dan
Fanion in a tie for 33rd with a 79.
UConn, Fairfield, Hartford, Holy Cross and Brown round out the
top-10 in the tournament. Bryant, Boston University and Providence
are 11th-13th in the field.
The final day of competition at the New England Division I
Championship takes place on Sunday, April 10.
