2022 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference. Finished 13th at the Ted Owen Invitational (5k) with a time of 18:49.5. Ran the New England Championship 5k course in a time of 18:47.5, placing 15th. Crossed the finish line at the CCSU Mini Meet (3k) with a time of 10:23.1, earning 11th place. Helped her team to win their 5th straight NEC title by placing 13th at the NEC Championships (5k) with a time of 18:47.3. Competed at the NCAA Division 1 Regional Championship (6k), placing 151st with a time of 23:08.1. 

2022 Outdoor: Ran the 3,000 Steeple in 11:43.32 at the NEC Championships...Ran the 10,000 (38:57.03) at the New England Champiionships...Ran the 5,000m in 18:23.98 at the Wilton Wright Invitational.

2021-22 Indoor: Ran the 3,000m (10:43.76) and the 5,000m (18:40.16) at the NEC Championships...Ran the 3,000m (10:30.64) at the Great Dane Classic.

2021 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference...Placed 14th at the NEC Championships with a time of 19:07.7...Rank the 3K course in 10:19.2 at the CCSU Mini Meet.

2021 Outdoor: Placed 8th in the 10,000 meter (38.12.67) at the New England Championships...Ran a personal-best 18:30.31 in the 5,000 meter and placed 8th in the 10,000 meter (39:00.74) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Won the 10,000 meter with a personal-best 37:48.51 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.

2020-21 Cross Country: All-Northeast Conference...Helped team win third straight NEC Championship...Completed the 5K course in 18:28.1 to place eighth at NEC Championships.

2020 Indoor: Ran a best in the 3,000 meter (10:56.71) for a fourth place finish at the Wagner Invite...Posted a best time in the 5,000 meter *19:13.13) and won the silver at the Ramapo Season Opener...Ran the 5,000 meter at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships.

2019 Cross Country: Ran a personal best in the 3K (10:38.1) at the CCSU Mini Meet...Posted a personal best in the 5K (18:22.8) at the NEC Championship...Ran a best time in the 6K (22:33.0) at the NCAA DI Northeast Region Championship.

2019 Outdoors: Started the season with a new personal best in the 5,000 meter with a time of 19:23.87 for a ninth place finish at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Finished seventh in the 5,000 meter (20:17.21) at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Won the gold medal and set a new personal record in the 3,000 meter (11:02.03) at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Ran the 10,000 meter (41:35.23) and finished seventh and finished eighth in the 3,000 meter steeplechase and set a new personal record (11:48.81) at the NEC Championship...Came in 21st place in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (12:00.87) at the NEICAAA New England Outdoor Championship.

2019 Indoors: Ran the 3,000 meter race (11:21.70) at the Wagner College Invitational...Finished eighth and set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:41.92 at the Ramapo College Season Opener...Threw shot put 6.46 meters at the Joe Donahue Games...Ran a personal best in the 1,000 meter (3:18.03) at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic...Ran the 5,000 meter (20:26.57) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championship...Competed in the 4x400 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational....Ran the mile (5:53.11) at the 2019 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championship.

2018 Outdoors: Set best times for both the 800 (2:40.44) and 1500 meter run (5:18.38) at the Black & Gold Invitational...Took home the gold medal and had a personal best for teh 3000 meter steeple (12:55.96) at the 2018 Mark Young Invitational...Finished 10th overall for the 3000 meter steeple at the Northeast Conference Championship.

2017 Cross Country: Recorded a personal best time of 20:00.6 for the 5K at the 2017 UMass Minuteman XC Invitational...Set a best time of 11:24.5 for the 3K at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Ran the 6K and setting a best time (24:35.0) at the NCAA D1 Norteast Region Cross Country Championships.

Before Central: Holds the 3,200m school record for both indoor and outdoor track...Named the All-Norwich Bulletin Cross Country Athlete of the Year...Became the fourth female in Killingly High history to advance to New Englands in cross country...Was an All-Area selection...Crowned the ECC Champion...Selected to the All-State Team...Was a three sport captain.
