Women's Cross Country Competes in NCAA Regional
McBride finishes 123rd to pace CCSU
The Central Connecticut women's cross country team competed in the NCAA East Regional at Van Cortland Park in Bronz, NY on Friday. The Blue Devils finished in 37th place, led by junior Shannon McBride who finished in 123rd place with a time of 22:32.3. The race was a 6k.

Sophomore Jazmin Booker finished 205th overall and second for the Blue Devils with a time of 24:07. Sophomore Brandy LeClair was 219th with a time of 24:31.6, while sophomore Caylee Richardson finished 233rd at 24:57.9.
Freshman Alexis Conte finished 253rd with a time of 26:58.7.
Providence won the women's race, followed by Dartmouth, Syracuse, Cornell, Boston College, Harvard, Columbia, Iona, New Hampshire and Albany.
