
Lacrosse Falls To Lafayette In Home Opener

entral Connecticut State lacrosse team dropped its home opener, 21-6, to visiting Lafayette College on Wednesday afternoon. The loss drops the Blue Devils to 0-4, while the Leopards improve to 4-2.
Jayden Jones tallied a career-high 15 saves in net for CCSU. Katie Hurlbut had a career-high three points for the Blue Devils.
CCSU continues a three-game homestand on Sunday, hosting Iona University at 1:00 pm on Arute Field.
