Blue Devils Complete Day One at Yale Intercollegiate
The Central Connecticut State University women's golf team is currently in 11th place after two rounds at the Yale Intercollegiate. The Blue Devils finished with a score of 346 in round one and followed that up with a 329 in second round play on Saturday. CCSU was led by freshman Anna Ausanio, who is currently in a tie for 30th on the leaderboard. Ausanio carded a seven over par 78 to start the tournament and then shot 83 in the second round to finish day one with a 161.

Freshman Katie Reid finished with the second best score for the Blue Devils during day one of competition. She is currently in 38th place with a score of 163 (82-81). Freshman Stephanie Bednar and junior Chelsea Woods finished within one stroke of each other after the first two rounds of play on Saturday. Bednar is tied for 53rd with a score of 175 (93-82), while Woods is in 55th after carding a 176(93-83) today.
Harvard is currently in first place with a score of 610. The teams will continue play on Sunday with the final 18 holes.
