Crowley and Miller Receive Swimmer and Diver of the Week Honors
Senior Erin Crowley and freshman Mallory Miller received Northeast Conference weekly honors for their performances at Central Connecticut's meet against Holy Cross and Vermont on Sunday. Today marks the third Swimmer of the Week honor for Crowley and the second Diver of the Week accolades for Miller. The duo also received the awards together on November 25 after shining in the Terrier Invitational at Boston University.

Crowley won two events and finished second in another to lead CCSU to a dual meet victory over Holy Cross on Sunday. The Plainville, CT native won the 50 freestyle in 24.93 seconds and took home the 100 free in 54.26 seconds. She went on to finish second in the 500 free, touching in at 5:09.24 and was a member of the Blue Devil 400 medley relay team that placed second.
Miller won both diving events in dual meet action against Holy Cross and Vermont on Sunday. The Soutbury, CT native scored a 209.90 in the one-meter dive and a 232.25 in the three-meter event. Miller helped the Blue Devils to a win over Holy Cross and set a personal best in the three meter-event.
Central defeated Holy Cross 216 to 83, but fell to Vermont 120
to 179 in Worcester, MA on Sunday afternoon. Next up for the Blue
Devils is a trip to Florida where they will compete against the
University of Miami.
