2017 Outdoor: Named to the All-NEC First Team after winning the javelin title and placing fifth and eighth in the long jump and high jump, respectively...Set a personal record in the long jump at the conference finals with a leap of 7.02m...Finished sixth in the javelin at the IC4A Championships...Completed the SCSU Decathlon in second place overall, and set a personal in the discus throw (36.82m)...Also won the shot put at the decathlon with a season best throw of 12.67m.

2017 Indoor: Placed fifth overall in the IC4A Championships heptathlon (4,909 points)...Set a personal best mark in the 55 meter dash (6.80) at the Elm City Challenge, in the 110 meter hurdles (8.24) at the 35th Yale Collegiate Invitational, and in the discus (13.15 meters) at the IC4A Championships...Was the URI Coaches Tribute 60 meter hurdles runner up with a time of 8.42.

2016 Outdoor: Placed third in the javelin (56.81m) and fifth in the high jump (1.93m) at the Northeast Conference Championships...Threw javelin at the NEICAAA Championships...Finished first on the 4x4 relay team at the Mark T. Young Invite.

2016 Indoor: Finished second in the heptathlon at the IC4A Championships...Placed fourth at the NEC Championships on the 4x4 relay team...Set eight personal records across the board...Was the runner up in the long jump (6.69m) at the 34th Yale Collegiate Invitational.

2015 Outdoor Track: Finished 2nd in the Javelin throw and the 110 Meter Hurdles at the Yellow Jacket Invitational...Claimed silver in the Decathon at the Larry Ellis Invitational with top three finishes in all events but one.

2015 Indoor Track: Member of the 4x400 Meter Relay team that finished 2nd at the Yale Collegiate Invitiational...Claimed silver in the 60 Meter Hurdles at the Coaches vs. Domestic Violence Tribute...Helped the 4x400 team place 2nd in the NEC Championships...Sprinted his way to 2nd place in the 60 Meter Hurdles at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships...Named NEC Rookie of the Week
