Women's XC Earns USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors
The Central Connecticut women's cross country team earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division I All-Academic honors Wednesday.
The Central Connecticut women's cross country team earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division I All-Academic honors, the USTFCCCA announced Wednesday afternoon. The Blue Devils were one of 226 Division I women's programs across the entire country to earn the All-Academic honors.

The women's cross country team compiled a cumulative team grade point average of 3.05 in the fall semester to earn the recognition. In order to be eligible for the award a team must acquire a team grade point average above 3.0. The Blue Devils were one of four teams to represent the Northeast Conference amongst the All-Academic list. They were accompanied by Robert Morris (3.44 GPA), Sacred Heart (3.55 GPA) and Saint Francis U (3.66 GPA).
