Women's Volleyball Wins Second Straight, 3-1, on the Road at Bryant
The Central Connecticut State University volleyball team won for the second straight match, topping Bryant 3-1 on Wednesday night. Central topped the Bulldogs for the second time this season to improve to 7-14 overall and 4-5 in Northeast Conference play.

Three Blue Devils had 12 kills in the match, as Central hit .204
with 50 kills in the four-set match.
They won the first set 25-19 before dropping th second 25-14. They
rebounded to win the third and fourth sets 25-19 and 25-16
Sophomore Emily
Cochrane had 12 kills and 13 digs in the match. Sara Delacey
also had 12 kills and had only two errors, hitting a team-best .476
in the match. Sophomore Blaike
King had 12 kills to go with nine digs.
Senior Amanda
Bayer paced the offense with 48 assists. She added eight
digs. Jamie
Rademacher had seven kills and four blocks assists.
Senior Kaitlin
Petrella led the defense with 24 digs in the match.
The Blue Devils will return to action on Saturday and Sunday
hosting Robert Morris and St. Francis (PA). Both matches will be
played at St. Joseph College in West Hartford.
