Women's Golf Finishes Tied for Third at Hartford Hawks Invite
The Central Connecticut women's golf team finished tied for third place out of five teams at the Hartford Women's Golf Invitational. The tournament was played at Rock Ledge Country Club in West Hartford, CT. The course is a par-72 and is 5,801 yards long. The Blue Devils shot a day one score of 332 and followed that with a 336 stroke performance on day two to finish with 668 strokes.

Sophomore Anna Ausanio finished tied for seventh after shooting a 161 for the tournament. She was followed by teammate sophomore Katie Ried who finished tied for 11th. She shot a 165 for the tournament.
Senior Chelsea Woods shot rounds of 83 and 90 to post a 173 for the tournament. She tied for 17th. Freshman Elisabeth Beloin shot a 174 to finish 19th and sophomore Gina Grant shot a 177 to finish tied for 24th.
The Blue Devils return to action on April 17, when they host the Lady Blue Devil Shoot Out.
