Hawerchuk is tied for eighth on the individual leaderboard. The Blue Devils posted a 305 team total. They are third in the 10-team field.

CCSU senior Tim Buczak is one shot behind Hawerchuk. His 75 put him in a tie for 13th. Sophomores Tom Ursa and Sam Pelletier both shot 78, while freshman Tucker Dooley posted an 82.
Sacred Heart shot 293 to grab the day one lead. The Pioneers are 10 strokes in front of second place Bryant. Central Connecticut leads Brown by one shot. Binghamton shot 307, and Rhode Island and Dartmouth both had 308s. Quinnipiac (313), Fairfield (321) and Providence (344) rounded out the field.
Sacred Heart senior Patrick Fillian and Brown senior Conor Malloy are tied atop the individual leaderboard. Both shot 72.
Final round play gets underway tomorrow morning.
