2020 Indoor: Northeast Conference Most Outstanding Track Performer (Distance)...All-Northeast Conference First Team...Won the gold in the mile at the Wagner College Invite (5:10.45)...Took the gold in the 4x800 and bronze in the 800 at the Dartmouth Relays...Won the silver in the 800 meter (2:16.89) at the Ramapo Season Opener...Won the bronze by setting a program record in the DMR (11:41.59) at the BU Terrier Classic...Won the silver in the 1,000 meter at the NEICAAA Championship...Won the gold in the mile (5:01.42), 5,000 meter (18:01.78) and DMR (12:07.76) at the NEC Championship...Set the program record for the mile with a time of 4:49.55 for a fourth place finish at the IC4A/ECAC Championship.

2019 Outdoor: Won the gold in the 1,500 meter run (4:44.80) at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Finished fifth in the 1,500 meter (4:32.51) and ran the 800 meter (2:13.49) at the 2019 Colonial Relays...Set a personal best in the 1,500 meter (4:32.39) at the Bison Outdoor Classic...Ran a personal best in the 800 meter (2:12.69) and finished fourth in the 4x400 (4:03.88) at the 2019 Larry Ellis Invitational...Won the silver medal at the CCSU Track and Field Invitational for the 800 meter run (2:16.73)...Earned three medals at the NEC Outdoor Championship, gold for 1,500 meter (4:44.66), bronze for the 5,000 meter (17:49.68) and bronze for the 4x800 (9:12.20)...Competed at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championship.

2018 Cross Country: Set a personal best for the 3.11 mile run with a time of 18:48.4 at the Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Invitational...Won the silver medal for the 5K at the 16th Annual Ted Owen Cross Country Invitational with a time of 18:32.9...Finished 27th in the 5K with a time of 18:56.0 at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship...Finished 10th and recorded a personal best time of 10:22.5 for the 3K at the 16th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Completed the 5K in 18:23.0 finishing in fourth place at the NEC Championship...Placed 124th in the 6K race with a time of 24:00.0 at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championship.

2018 Outdoor: Won the gold medal for the 1500 meter run and the bronze medal for the 4x400 at the Black & Gold Invitational...Finished first in the 800 meter run at the 2018 Mark Young Invitational...Won the silver medal for the 1500 meter run at the 2018 Larry Ellis Invitational...Took home the gold medal for the 4x400 and the silver medal for the 800 meter run at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Earned one gold medal (1500m) and one silver medal (4x800) at the Northeast Conference Championship...Finished 22nd overall and setting a personal best time of 4:33.38 for the 1500 meter at the IC4A ECAC D1 Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2018 Indoor: Took home the gold medal for the DMR and the bronze for both the 1000 meter and 4x400 meter at the 2018 Yale Collegiate Invitational...Won the bronze medal for the 800 meter at the Joe Donahue Games...Won the silver medal for the DMR, finished fourth in the mile and set a personal best time of 5:03.64 at the 2018 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championships...Gold medalist for the 1000 meter run with a personal best time of 2:54.34 at the Boston University Last Chance Qualifier.

2017 Cross Country: Set a best time for the 3K (10:38.1) finishing 14th overall at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Finished 11th and set a best time for the 5K (18:21.8) at the Northeast conference Championship...Had a best time of 23:47.8 for the 6K at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2017 Outdoor: Took bronze in the 1,500 meter at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships...Ran a personal record time of 18:55.66 in the 5,000 meter run at the conference finals...Set a personal record in the 800m at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet...Was the Rider Invitational 800 meter runner-up with a time of 2:21.57.

2017 Indoor: Finished sixth at the NEICAAA Championships in the 1,000 meter run with a time of 3:00.34...Was the Northeast Conference runner up on the distance medley relay team that crossed the finish line at 12:19.05...Ran a personal best time in the mile of 5:17.44 at the URI Coaches Tribute...Tabbed a PR in the 1,000 meter run in the prelims of the NEICAAA's.

2016 Cross Country: Did not compete.

Before Central: A 2-Time Outdoor Track Player of the Year selection... Named the 2016 Indoor Track Player of the Year... and the 2015 Cross Country Player of the Year by The Day newspaper... Named to the All Area Team in 2015-2016 by the Norwich Bulletin... Team Captain for all three seasons during her final year in high school...Was a 2-time Outdoor Divisional State Champion in the 800m (2015,2016)... Holds the 3,200m record at Ledyard High School.
