2019 Outdoor: Came in 12th place in the 5,000 meter race with a time of 20:08.11 at the 24th Annual Monmouth Season Opener...Placed eighth in the 5,000 meter (20:30.11) at the UConn Northeast Challenge...Finished seventh and ran a personal best in the 1,500 meter race (5:27.13) at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Set a new personal record in the 5,000 meter race (19:45.65) at the Northeast Conference Championship.

2019 Indoor: Ran the 3,000 meter race at the Wagner College Invitational finishing in 11:56.81...Set a personal best in the 3,000 meter (11:34.02) and ran the 5,000 meter (19:48.20) at the 2019 NEC Track & Field Championship.

2018 Cross Country: Ran the 3K race in 12:27.1 at the 16th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Completed the 5K course in 21:13.2 at the NEC Championship...Finished the 6K run at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championship in 26:37.3.

2018 Outdoor: Recorded a best time of 19:53.99 for the 5000 meter finishing 28th overall at the Black & Gold Invitational...Finished 24th with a personal best time of 5:29.38 for the 1500 meter run at the 2018 Mark Young Invitational...Set a personal best for the 3000 meter run (11:55.94) placing fifth overall at the CCSU Track & Field Invitational...Placed 14th overall and setting a best time of 41:56.74 for the 10,000 meter run at the Northeast Conference Championship.

2018 Indoor: Set a best time of 3:25.20 for the 1000 meter run, finishing seventh overall, at the Joe Donahue Games...Recorded personal best for the mile (5:41.23) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational...Placed 17th overall for the mile at the 2018 NEC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

2017 Cross Country: Recorded a personal best of 11:43.7 for the 3K at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet...Set a best time for the 5K (20:25.2) at the Northeast Conference Championship...Ran a personal best time of 25:50.9 for thr 6K at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2017 Outdoor: Ran on the 4x800 meter relay team that took sixth at the 2017 Northeast Conference Championships...Ran a season best 800m time of 2:38.34 at the UConn Northeast Challenge.

2017 Indoor: Ran in the 800 meter run at the Northeast Conference Championships, setting a new personal record time of 2:35.95...Marked a personal best time in the mile of 5:59.98 at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

2016 Cross Country: Posted a season best 5K time at the 14th Annual Ted Owen Invitational in 21:28.1...Finished in 49th place overall in the Northeast Conference Championship 5K race, crossing the finish line at 22:58.7. 

2016 Outdoor: Set a personal record in the 800 meter run in the finals at the UMass Amherst Minuteman Invitational, running a time of 2:36.87...Competed at the NEC Championships in the preliminaries of the 800 meter run, finishing at 2:48.52...Member of the CCSU 4x4 team that recorded its best time of the season in the finals of the UMass Amherst Invite in 4:31.65. 

2016 Indoor: Competed in one competition for the Blue Devils...Ran the 800 meter run at the Joe Donahue Games in Boston, MA at 2:49.16.

2015 Cross Country: Ran in the IC4A/ECAC Championships and finished in 158th place with a time of 23:20.8.

2014 Cross Country: DNP...Named to the Northeast Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll.
