2018: Started in all 16 contests for Central...Recorded 33 ground balls...Was third on the team in causing turnovers with 12.

2017: Started in all 16 games for the Blue Devils as a junior...Tabbed 19 ground balls...Was second on the team in causing turnovers with 21 for the year.

2016: Did not compete.

2015: Started all 16 games during her freshman campaign…Had 21 ground balls and caused seven turnovers on the season.

Before Central: Henry played high school lacrosse for Hatboro-Horsham High School under head coach Duncan Swezey...Henry, a four-year starter, earned All-League, All-Intell and Academic All-American honors in 2013 and 2014...She was named captain for the 2013 and 2014 seasons and recognized as the 2014 Defensive MVP...She played club lacrosse for Ultimate Goal Lacrosse under Anne Pillion.
