2015 Outdoor Track: Was Central's leading runner in the 1500 Meter Run at the Mark Young Invitational...Finished 4th in the 1500 Meter Run at the NEC Championships with a personal best of 4:01.62

2015 Indoor Track: Set a personal best in the Mile Run at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 4:28.96...Placed 9th in the NEC Championships for the Mile Run...Finished 22nd at the Sorlien Invitational for the 3000 Meter Run 

2014 Indoor Track: Came in 9th for the 5000 Meter Run at the UAlbany Great Dane Classic...Was one of three Blue Devils to finish in the top ten for the Mile Run at the NEC Championships 

2013 Cross Country: Two-time NEC Rookie of the Week (9/24, 10/29)...Named All-NEC for his 13th place finish at the 2013 NEC Cross Country Championships...Finished 22nd at the Father O'Neil Invitational on Aug. 31 with his time of 18:04.48...Placed 26th overall at the Ted Owen Invitational, crossing the finish line in 27:40...Finished 36th at the CCSU Mini Meet, helping the Blue Devils secure second place with his time of 15:46.98.

2013 Outdoor Track: Named to the Northeast Conference All-Rookie team...Had an impressive performance at the NEC Championships, placing ninth in both the 10,000m run and the 3,000m steeplechase with career-best times of 32:52.44 and 10:04.96, respectively...Best finish came at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational where he crossed the line sixth in the 5,000m with a time of 15:37.34...Placed eighth of 22 in the 5,000m at the Holy Cross Invitational with a time of 15:43.07...Raced a career-best 4:07.31 in the 1,500m at the UMASS Preconference meet on April 27 for 19th of 35...Was the first Blue Devil to cross the finish line (4:09.15) in his first outdoor appearance in the 1,500m at the UMASS Invitational, placed 22nd of 65.

Before Central: Ran Cross Country at Norwich Free Academy where he set the 3,000 meter school record...Awarded Cross Country MVP and Most Valuable Senior...Received the James Euell Award for Tenacity and Effort as well as the Tenacity Award...Also received an award for sportsmanship in athletics.
