2014-15: Competed in 20 of 27 rounds Central played in the 2014-15 season...Posted an average score of 79.2...Tied for 24th at the Tuxedo Invitational, helping the Blue Devils to a fourth place finish...Shot a season-low 72 in the final round of The Doc Glimmer Invitational.

2013-14:  Competed in 17 of 26 rounds for the Blue Devils in his sophomore season...Finished the season with a scoring average of 79.4...His best finish came at the NEIGA Championships where he finished tied for 12th after logging a two day total of 151 (nine over par).

2012-13:  As a freshman, Murphy played in 17 rounds for the Blue Devils in 2012-13...He tied for 16th at the Northeast Conference Tournament where he marked down a three day total of 229...HE finished the season with a scoring average of 80.0 over 1,360 stroke.

Before Central:  During his time at Bishop Stang High School, Murphy was a Division III State Champion...He was a three-time honoree on the Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Scholastic teams...Murphy was named Boston Globe Player of the Year as well as a three-time Standard Times Player of the Year.
