Collegiate Personal Bests (TFFRS)

2023 Outdoor: Notched collegiate bests in the 400m hurdles (1:08.12 - third place) and the long jump (4.96m - fourth place) at the Blue Devil Invitational... Competed in the 400m hurdles at the 2023 NEC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 1:09.46. She also competed in the long jump, leaping for 4.71m.

2022-23 Indoor:  NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll... Ran a personal best time of 28.57 in the 200m dash at the University of Massachusetts Flagship Indoor Invitational... Competed in the long jump at the Ramapo College Opener, leaping 4.69m to notch a new personal best... Finished 23rd in the long jump (4.56m) at the 2023 NEC Indoor Track and Field Championships to help her team to their second straight Northeast Conference title. 

Before Central: Competed for head coach Steve Soucy at Berlin High School. New Balance National Championship Qualifier. 2022 CIAC All-State (4x400m Relay). 2021 All-CCC (300m Hurdles, 4x100m Relay), 2022 (4x400m Relay).
