2011-12: Participated in six events at the Northeast Conference Championships: Helped the 800 yard freestyle relay team take second place (7:25.80), the 400 yard medley relay team earn second (3:52.19) and the 200 yard medley relay team earn third place (1:45.89)...Placed third in the 200 yard IM and in the 400 yard IM with times of 2:05.77 and 4:26.74, respectively...Finished fourth in the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 2:07.17...Placed first in the 400 yard medley relay (24:59), the 200 yard butterfly (2:10.86) and in the 100 yard butterfly (1:00.42) against Wagner...Helped take the 400 medley relay against FIU with a time of 3:59.94...Won both the 100 (59:56) and 200 yard butterfly (2:08.99) against Vermont.

2010-11: Earned fourth place in the 200 IM at the NEC Championships…Took eighth place in the 100 butterfly and seventh in the 200 butterfly.

2009-10: Placed third in the 200 IM and the 100 butterfly at the NEC Championships…Tied for second in the 200 butterfly…Contributed to second place finishes in the 400 and 200 medley relay.

Before Central: Lang joins a long line of former State Champions on the Blue Devil squad.  She will impact all meets, both dual and championship, in a variety of events.  Lang has the ability to score in any event at the NEC Championship and will add tremendous flexibility to the conference line-up.
