2010: Finished Second at 2010 Northeast Conference Championships…Named All-NEC…Named NEC Athelte of the Week on 9/28/10…Placed 11th at the New England Inter Collegiate Championships…Placed 13th at the ECAC Championships…Finished second at the Ted Owen Invitational…Placed second at CCSU Mini Meet.

2008-09: Placed 21st at the Northeast Conference Cross Country Championships...Ran a 32:02.94 in the 10,000 meters to place fourth at the NEC Outdoor Championships...Also placed seventh in the 5,000 meters at the NEC Championships with a time of 15:26.45.

Before Central: Two year cross country captain at Waterford...Captain of the indoor track and field team in 2007-08...Team MVP of the cross country team in 2006 and 2007.
