2013 Outdoor Track: Placed second at the Holy Cross Invitational in the 400m hurdles with a career-best time of 54.50...Posted a time of 51.83 in the 400m dash at the Monmouth Season Opener, finishing 22nd out of 45 competitors...Ran the first leg in the 4x400m relay at the NEC Outdoor Championships, helping the team to a fourth-place finish in 3:17.50.

2013 Indoor Track: Posted a career-best time of 51.64 at the NEC Indoor Championships in the 400m dash...Clocked a career-best time of 1:06.46 in the 500m dash at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships on Feb. 22...Competed at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships as a member of the 4x400m relay squad, the team finished in 3:17.15.

2012 Outdoor Track: Took sixth overall at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships in the 400 meter hurdle finals with a time of 55.59...Ran his career-best 55.13 in the prelim for the event...Completed the 110 meter hurdles in 12th with a time of 16.90 at the UMASS Invitational on April 16.

2012 Indoor Track: Ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships, the team took fifth clocking 3:24.63...Placed seventh in the 400 meter dash against UCONN and Southern Connecticut on Jan. 7 with a time of 52.83...Finished 10th in the 60m hurdles at the Yale Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 3, earning his career-best 9.02 time for the event...Took 11th in the 500 meter dash with a time of 1:06.52 at the Yale Giegengack Invitational...Ran the 400 meter dash at the Yale Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 14 finishing in 51.99 for 17th place...Clocked a time of 8.58 in the 55 meter hurdles at the Joe Donahue Boston Indoor Games on Jan. 27 for 26th place.

2010-2011: Competed in both indoor and outdoor track & field...Placed second in the 400m crossing the line at 52.20...At the Giegengack Invitational he placed second in the 500m clocking in at 1:07.74.

Before Central: Captained Riverhead High School's track and field team in 2010...Four-time All-League honoree...Two-time All-County honoree...Holds records in the 4x400m relay and SMR at Riverhead.
