2013 Outdoor Track: Named to the All-NEC First Team for his impressive performance at the NEC Championships...Placed first in the 400m dash finals at the NECs with his time of 48.29, qualifying for IC4A competition...Ran the final leg of the 4x400m relay at the NECs, helping CCSU to a fourth place finish, crossing the finish line in an IC4A qualifying time of 3:17.50...Also helped the NEC 4x100m relay team qualify for the IC4As registering a time of 42.09. 

2013 Indoor Track: Placed fourth in the 400m dash at the NEC Championships with his time of 50.22...Finished fifth overall at the New England Championships in the 400m, clocking a time of 48.95...Qualified to compete at the ECAC/IC4A Championships where he finished the 400m in 49.71...Also competed in the 200m and 500m dash throughout the season.

2012 Outdoor Track: Earned third place with his career-best 48.01 in the 400 meter dash at the NEC Outdoor Championships, qualifying for IC4A competition...Ran the third leg of the 4x100 meter relay at the NEC Championships, the team finished third with a time of 41.72 and qualified for IC4A competition...Earned sixth place for Central running the final leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the NEC Championships, the team clocked a time of 3:18.74...Earned a seventh place overall finish in the 200 meter dash at the Holy Cross Invitational with his career-best time of 22.35.

2012 Indoor Track: Placed sixth in the 400 meter dash at the NEC Indoor Championships with a time of 50.55...Ran the first leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the NEC Indoor Championships, the team finished fifth, crossing the finish line in 3:24.63.

Before Central: Comes to Central from East Hartford, CT...Third place finisher in the 400m event at State Opens his senior year...Set personal records in the 400m (49.17) and the 200m (22.62).
