2012 Indoor Track: Placed third at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships in the shot put registering 16.19 meters and qualifying for IC4A competition...Earned fourth place in the weight throw at the NECs with a distance of 16.20 meters...Placed 10th in the weight throw with 16.89 meters at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships...Earned 11th in the shot put at the NEICAAAs with a distance of 14.94 meters...Placed 23rd in both the shot put (15.41 meters) and the weight throw (16.63 meters) at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships.

2010-2011: Registered a pair of first place finishes winning the shot put event at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games (16.72m) and the Penn Relays (17.13m).  Placed second in the discus throw (44.94m) at the UConn Men's Husky Invitational and third in the weight throw (17.30m) at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championship.

2008-09: Placed 13th in the hammer throw at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships with a season-best mark of 38.35 meters...Best discus throw of the season was 38.95 meters (10th place) at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet...Also recorded a season-best in the shot put at the Holy Cross Invitational, placing fifth with a distance of 13.35 meters.

Before Central: Captain of Conrad outdoor track and field team junior and senior years...Two-time All-Conference in the discus...Three-time All-Conference in the shot put.
