2012 Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Blue Devils...Placed 54th at the Nessaney 8K on Sept. 18th, crossing the finish line in 30:15.0...Finished 55th at the Ted Owen Invitational on Sept. 22 with a time of 28:09.11...Completed the CCSU Mini Meet in 16:47.10 for 58th place...Placed 59th with a time of 27:29.74 at the Northeast Conference Championships on the way to helping Central earn its fourth consecutive NEC title...Completed the IC4A/ECAC Championships in 28:13.9 for 118th place.

2012 Outdoor Track: Helped Central place fourth in the 4x800 meter relay at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 7:49.92...Finished 13th on the 4x800 relay team at the New England Outdoor Championships with a time of 7:56.16...Ran a 1:54.04 in the 800 meter run at the New England Outdoor Championships for 15th place.

2012 Indoor Track: Placed third in the distance medley relay at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic with a time of 10:05.43...Finished seventh in the 600 meter run at the University of Connecticut Winter Invitational with a time of 1:28.04...Ran the fourth leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic, team clocked a 3:32.30 for eighth place...Placed eighth in the 800 meter run at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships with a time of 2:04.17.

2011 Cross Country: Participated in six meets for the Blue Devils…Best finish of the season came at the Blue Devil Invitational on Sept. 2 where he earned 22nd place with a time of 28:38…Finished 40th at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 21…Ran a 28:52.10 at the Monmouth Invitational for 63rd place out of 143…Earned 65 team points with a time of 29:03 at the Ted Owens Cross Country Invitational…Participated in the sub-varsity meet at the 2011 New England Cross Country Championships and earned 126th place out of 294 with a time of 28.24…Completed the season with 142nd place at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 19.

2011 Outdoor Track: Helped Central set the 4x800 meter relay record at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 7:38.11...Placed third in the 800 meter run at the University of Massachusetts Minuteman Invitational with a time of 1:55.59...Finished 26th at the University of Connecticut Invitational in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4:10.56.

2011 Indoor Track: Earned title of New England Champion for his performance in the 4x800 meter relay, the team placed first at the New England Indoor Championships with a time of 7:33.05...Placed first in the distance medley relay at the Giegengake Invitational at Yale with a time of 9:56.67...Finished first in the 4x800 meter relay at the Yale Collegiate Invitational with a time of 7:49.73...Placed fifth in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:55.10 at the Boston Indoor Games...Ran a 1:57.51 in the 800 meter run at the Northeast Conference Indoor Championships for eighth place...Placed 12th in the 800 meter run at the Giegengake Invitational with a time of 1:54.65.
