2012 Outdoor Track: Placed 7th in the 5,000 meter run at the Northeast Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 15:09.75...Crossed the finish line in 33:00.53 in the 10,000 meter run at the NECs for eighth place...Also competed in the 10,000 meter run at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championships where he finished in 31:52.37 for sixth place.

2012 Indoor Track: Finished 11th in the 5,000 meter run at the NEC Indoor Championships, crossing the finish line in 15:21.78...Placed 10th in the 5,000 meter run at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships with a new career-best time of 14:49.15...Completed the one mile run with a career-best 4:24.45 at the Yale Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 14 for 14th place...Earned a career-best time of 8:42.00 in the 3,000 meter run at the 2012 Great Dane Classic on Jan. 20 for 21st place.

2011 Outdoor Track: Completed the 1,500 meter run in a career-best time of 4:08.08 at the UCONN Husky Invitational on April 7 for 23rd place...Also placed 23rd in the 10,000 meter run at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 15, crossing the finish line in 31:15.02.

2011 Indoor Track: Placed fifth in the one mile run at the Army Carleton Crowell Open on Jan. 8, crossing the finish line in 4:33.43...Finished 23rd in the 3,000 meter run at the Albany Great Dane Classic on Jan. 21 with a time of 9:00.27...Competed in the 5,000 meter run at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships where he crossed the finish line in 15:11.74 for 18th place.

2011 Cross Country: Participated in seven out of eight meets for the Blue Devils…Named Northeast Conference Athlete of the Week on Sept. 7…Came out with an impressive first place victory with a time of 26:32 at the Blue Devil Invitational on Sept. 2…Earned third place at the Monmouth Invitational with a time of 26:31.80 out of 143 participants...Took eighth place out of 80 at the CCSU Mini Meet…Performed well at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 27:46.40 for 22nd place…Ran a 33:16.70 for 82nd place in the 2011 NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships…Finished 119th with a time of 26:46 at the 2011 New England Cross Country Championships on Oct. 8…Completed the season with a time of 25:47 for 32nd place at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 19.

2010 Outdoor Track: Placed fifth in the 10,000 meter run at the UMASS Spring Meet on April 10 with a time of 32:24.29...Finished the 1,500 meter run in eighth at the Holy Cross Quad Meet on April 18, crossing the finish line in 4:14.94...Ran the 5,000 meter event at the UCONN Invitational where he placed 14th in 15:57.40.

2010 Indoor Track: Placed 17th in the one mile run at the URI Sorlien Invitational on Jan. 16 with a time of 4:46.87...Finished the 5,000 meter run in 16:04.10 at the NEC Indoor Championships for 19th place...Placed 20th in the 3,000 meter run at the Yale Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 9 with a time of 9:10.42.

2010 Cross Country: Named All-Northeast Coneference…Placed 14th at 2010 NEC Championships…Placed seventh at the Ted Owen Invitational…Finished 55th at the New England Intercollegiate Championships…Placed fifth at the CCSU Mini Meet.

Before Central: Two-time Cross Country Team MVP at Farmington...Captained cross country and outdoor track as a senior...Two-time All-Herald honoree...Named all-conference twice...Placed 41st at the Connecticut State Open in cross country...School Record holder in the 4x800 meter relay which also was named All-State in 2009.
